The Technical Standards Committee (TSC) provides oversight and governance for the Technical Standards Program. The TSC is responsible for creating policy, approving projects, creating working groups and appointing the chairs, approving documents for public review and publication, fundraising, and budgeting. The TSC is comprised of individuals appointed to the committee because of their extensive experience in standards making activities, or their financial and management backgrounds. Appointments to the TSC are made by the ESTA Board of Directors.
